Lots of snow- time to enjoy it.

Last weekend we got at least a foot of snow over night. We were amazed because we had no idea it was coming. Chase and I spent Saturday morning digging our cars out...

Later my sister called to see if we wanted to go sledding with them. Neither one of us had been sledding in years and we jumped on board. Living in the arctic of Logan you'd think we'd have plenty of snow gear... turns out we had very little and ended up just putting on several layers (I decided on 5) hoping it would take a long time before it all soaked through.
Lindsey and Cam knew the best park to go and I was amazed at how steep the hills were. 
Even though I am not one to enjoy the freezing temperatures and the never ending snow we had a blast.  This little adventure was fun for us because Chase and I had never been sledding together, and we were able to watch our niece Abbey experience it some more.

 When we got home from  Chase was thrilled to find this in the mail. College grad. So proud.

 To wrap up a great weekend we made home made pizzas with Lindsey and Cam and spent the rest of the night relaxing.  I wish every weekend could be this much fun.
